Passenger: A traveller riding in a vehicle who is not
operating it.
I have got three passengers in my car.
Practical: Concerned with actual use or practice. Having or
put to a practical purpose or use.
That isn’t a practical job.
Secretary: An assistant who handles correspondence and
clerical work for a boss or an organization.
Mrs Jones is a secretary in our school.
Sufficient: A quantity that can fulfil a need or requirement
but without being abundant.
My teacher said my maths homework was sufficient.
Aerial: An electrical device that sends or receives radio or
television signals.
We need to buy a new TV aerial as our old one is broke.
Committee: A special group delegated to consider some
matters.
Coca cola has a committee.
